4. MOVEMENT?Exercise recurrently. A whole, complete and well-balanced exercise regimen must include developing a proper resistance program, flexibility, and improving strength and endurance. These can be achieved through weight training, stretching, and engaging in frequent aerobic exercise. Regular exercise will not only relax the mind, spirit and the body from the everyday feelings of anxiety, rage and frustration; but it can also keep you younger.

5. YOUR SACRED SELF?Love yourself unconditionally. It has been proven since the dawn of man that this is one of the most important keys to achieving a healthy long and fruitful life. You are the only you that you have?love yourself.

6. ELIMINATE TOXIC CONSUMPTION...Smokers and or drinkers typically look a 10 to 15 years older than they are. They also bring upon the added risk of contracting smoking and or drinking-related diseases. They acquire more wrinkles on their faces; develop a pallid color to their skin, usually suffer from depression or low-self esteem and numerous other conditions I will not comment on in this article. Numerous studies and researches also show that smokers are indirectly making their lives shorter.

This memo is really just a reminder, a whisper of a wake-up call and if you carefully follow and apply the healthy habits mentioned above you will realize a bounty of benefits that WILL otherwise escape you.

Anecdotally? Every human being either fears aging or is lying about it.
